Are you ready to ditch the excuses, get moving, and have a blast? Whether you’ve been thinking about trying Couch Potato Run Club or just want a fun morning out, now’s your chance! We’re hosting a FREE open event where you can get a taste of what our programs are all about. If you've ever thought, "Running's not for me," we’re here to prove you wrong—in the most fun and non-intimidating way possible! 🏃♀️🍟
What to Expect?
This isn't your typical intimidating "runner's club" event. Nope! We’re all about good vibes, slow-and-steady wins, and lots of laughs along the way. Whether you're a seasoned couch-sitter, someone who’s never run a step in their life, or just want to get out and move, we've got you covered. Expect a welcoming group, friendly coaches, and a no-pressure vibe that’ll make you wonder why you didn’t join us sooner!
Here's what you can look forward to:
A super chill group warm-up—no drills, just fun.
An easy, beginner-friendly run/walk session that’ll have you high-fiving and smiling all the way. (Seriously, you can walk, jog, or shuffle—this is your pace, your call!)
Our motivating coaches will run alongside you, offering support and good banter. We guarantee you’ll laugh more than you sweat.
You’ll meet some of our amazing runners who started just like you. Bonus: these people might just become your new running buddies!
A post-run hangout—think chats, laughs, and a little stretch to end things off right. (Maybe even grab a coffee afterward with your new crew? ☕)
