Couch Potato Run Club exists for the people who think running “isn’t for them.” The nervous ones. The slow ones. The ones who don’t know where to start. We make running feel safe, supported, and actually fun - no pressure, no judgement, no needing to be fast or fit. Just real people taking real first steps.


Our Couch to 5K programmes are built for complete beginners: walk breaks, missed sessions, doubts and all. Because this isn’t about pace. It’s about courage. It’s about proving to yourself that you can. It’s about going from “I could never” to “I did that.” One gentle run-walk at a time, we’re building confidence, community, and a new kind of running culture - one that's about the courage to begin.

🙋 I’ve never run before - can I join?

Absolutely. This is designed for total beginners. We start with short, manageable run/walk intervals and build up slowly. Everyone can keep up.


🙋 I’m overweight - is this still for me?

Yes, 100%! Many of our runners are in the same boat. We build fitness gradually and support you every step of the way - no matter your starting point.


🙋What if I miss a session?

Don’t worry! We’ll send you the session details in the WhatsApp group so you can catch up on your own time.
