Our Walking Fitness group in Kalk Bay meets at Dalebrook Tidal Pool every Monday & Wednesday at 6:30 am. Walking is more than “just walking.” Done with structure and consistency, it’s one of the safest and most effective ways to improve your health and wellbeing.
