Our Couch to Half Marathon group is here to help you take that very first step, in the most supportive, no-pressure way possible. No judgment. No sprinting. Just consistent movement, the right guidance, and a community cheering you on.

Program Information


🗓️ Start Date: Monday 4 August 2025

🕒 Time: 5:30 - 6:30 am every Monday & Wednesday

📌 Location: Bootleggers Tokai Rd, Tokai

💸 Price: R1550 once-off for the full 20 Week Programme

🐶 Dog Friendly: Yup! Bring your pup (on a lead & cleaned up after)

Frequently Asked Questions


🙋 I’ve never run before - can I join?

Absolutely. This is designed for total beginners. We start with short, manageable run/walk intervals and build up slowly. Everyone can keep up.


🙋 I’m overweight — is this still for me?

Yes, 100%! Many of our runners are in the same boat. We build fitness gradually and support you every step of the way - no matter your starting point.


🙋What if I miss a session?

Don’t worry! We’ll send you the session details in the WhatsApp group so you can catch up on your own time.
