Session 1 starts with 30 seconds of running, then 60 seconds of walking. Repeat. That's week one. More manageable than you think.
Walk breaks aren't a sign of weakness. They're scientifically designed into the programme. You're supposed to walk.
There is no pace requirement to join this programme. There is no level you need to reach before signing up. You could be the most overweight or most unfit person on the planet and we will welcome you.
The group moves at the pace of the slowest member. Your coach runs alongside you - not watching from the front. No one ever finishes alone.
